In case people didn’t know, but Phil now runs a software company out of Ottawa. I believe that is partly why he is not on the show/channel anymore.

I think Glen and the rest of them just wanted normal lives and didn’t want to be associated with Tom anymore, I once asked Glen on twitter and he said “I do not know of that unfunny man”

Phil is one of the heads of a sotware company in Ottawa here that he helped to start from what I know. That could be a factor in all of this. I forget the company but they make games and stuff for smart phones like the Blackberry, among other stuff.
Nobody knows but Tom once said that he;s not legally allowed to talk about them
Why doesn’t Phil go on his Toms’ web show for a visit?
