IN PART 12 DUAL PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR AXIAL FLUX WIND TURBINE, I SHOW THE WIRING UP OF THE STATOR ALL THE WAY FROM THE STARTS TO THE FINISHTERMINALS. PLUS I SHOW THE PROPPER WAY TO CLEAN THE ENAMEL OFF THE WIRES AND PROPPER SOLDERING TECHNIQUE. A COLD SOLDER JOINT CAN COST YOU A WIND TURBINE. WATCH IT TWICE. ONCE TO READ ALL THE INSCRIPTIONS AND ONCE TO LISTEN AND WATCH FOR THE DETAILS. I AM SORRY FOR GOING SO FAST IN THIS SESSION.. I HAD 45 MINUTES OF VIDEO BEFORE I SAT DOWN TO EDIT THE VIDEO. ENJOY. @quad2004 THAT’S THE WAY I FINALY GOT IT WHEN I LEARNED. THAT’S FOR VOLTS. SERIES IS VOLTAGE ADDED, AND PARALLEL IS AMPS ADDED.
THANKS FOR ENJOYING THE VIDS.

That was a new way to give a example, I like that, “just like battery’s in a long flash light” I will have to remember that one
@weathercircle THE MOST EFFICIENT AND EASY TO BUILD WND TURBINES. THEY REALLY CRANK OUT THE WATTAGE. THEY MAKE THE MOST FROM THE HARVESTED WIND ENERGY. NO COGGING, NO EDDY CURRENTS, AND NO LENS LOSSES. JUST PLAIN ENERGY CONVERSION.
MUDDy
what are these dual permanent magnet rotor axial flux wind turbine
@LLuE88 I SENT 2 LINKS FOR THE COMPARABLE IRONS.
MUDDy
@muddymuddymuddmann looks like they don’t have it anymore. can you tell what the equivelant wattage is?
so far I’m only seeing the “tiny” ones, as used on circuit board work, which I already have, for use in a very remote situation “BE” before electricity.
regards,
@DiyEcoProjects SO HOW DID THE FESTIVAL GO FOR YOU? I HOPE IT WAS A REAL MEMORY MAKER.
MUDDy
@LLuE88 GOOD LUCK. I HOPE YOU FIND ONE JUST LIKE THIS ONE. IT IS IN MY OPINION THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER OWNED. AND THE MOST DEPENDABLE I HAVE HAD FOR 10 YEARS. LAST I LOOKED FOR ONE, THEY STILL SELL THEM.
MUDDy
@muddymuddymuddmann – thankyou, I didn’t expect a reply thiss fast.
thankyou very much,
@LLuE88 RADIO SHACK 01A05 BUTANE SOLDERING IRON. ABOUT $20.00 USD.
Have you mentioned the name and especially the size of your soldering iron in your video?. Don’t recall ever seeing one that had tip like your recently?
regards
@20RoyalSuperKing ASK AWAY MY FRIEND. IF I CAN HELP OUT , I WILL.
THANKS

MY SHOP IS SLOWLY COMING INTO THE REALITY.
@muddymuddymuddmann Hey I’m no expert. I haven’t cast a stator yet. I can’t wait untill my workshop is all hunky dory to give it a go. My minds been doing stuff and i think i have a way to make windings super easy without the pain based on that star shaped winding i have on my wooden prototype. I think i will need your help for the next prototype. Keep up the good work Muddy.
@PerigeePower CASTINGS DONE AND OUT OF THE MOLD. LOOKS GREAT. NOW TO EDIT THE FOOTAGE AND UPLOAD THE VIDEOS.
MUDDy
@20RoyalSuperKing YA LOTS OF THOUGHTS HAVE BEEN RUNNING THROUGH MY MIND SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE STSTOR. PRETTY MUCH ON THE SAME LINES. IF WHEN I WIND THE COILS, I DONT PULL THE WIRE OUT THE SIDE AND JUST WIND THE COILS THE WAY THEY FORM, IT WOULD CONFORM TO THE THICKNESS OF THE WINDER SIDES, OR JUST NOT GLUE THE TOP OF THE COIL AND THE THE LID WILL REARRANGE THE COIL WINDING TO ACCEPT THE START WIRE IN IT’S PARAMETERS.
ONE OF THESE DAYS MAYBE YOU WILL TEACH ME TO LIFT A CAR ON FILM.
MUDDy
@muddymuddymuddmann Awesome looking forward to it!
@muddymuddymuddmann ok, cool. hope things are going well. Ive been off to a festival -enjoy the summer :O)
@PerigeePower THANKS! I’M TRYING. I GOT ENOUGH VIDEO FOR 2 OR 3 VIDS MORE IN THE EDITING. I’M GONNA CAST TONIGHT. WAITING FOR THE STORM TO PASS.
MUDDy
@anyonefindAMERICA1 YUP! I HAD TO LIFT A WIRE TO GET A BLOB OUT. IT GOES IN THE COIL LIKE A SCREEN. FORTUNATELY I ONLY HAD TO LIFT THE WIRE A FEW mm. LUCKY ME.
GOOD TO HEAR FROM YA.
MUDDy
@MudRFunR AHHH!, THE EDITORS. THE BACKBONE WORKAHOLICS OF THE VIDEO INDUSTRY. THE UNSUNG HEROS. THAT TAKE CONSOLIDATION TO THE EXTREME. HA HA. THIS ONE WAS 45 MINUTES OF VID, AND MAN I BUTCHERED IT DOWN TO THIS. WWWEE!
MUDDy
Very nice work!!!
“don’t solder over my coils” LOL
Another job well done! For a guy who edited half the night, you were still on the ball! I had 2 nights of editing this week also.
@20RoyalSuperKing internal coil leads from the centre of the alternator, thats 1/8″ less on the flux gap. I know im saying all this to late etc, gonna be a good alt anyhows. can’t wait to see some rotors.
@muddymuddymuddmann Hey Muddy. Great minds think alike and different too, I didn’t think of the terminals being pulled out, althought I did notice you kinda cross locked them nuts. I was also thinking abount that 1/8″ gap you have with the wire fron the inside of the coil, if you can run that from somewhere where the rotor is not gonna be rotating on it,does mean you have to make the centre or the out rim of the stator thicker. I think the centre is prolly best option then take them
